2010 Rating Revaluation - Are You Ready?
With effect from 1st April 2010 new Rateable Values will be placed on all non domestic properties and these new values will determine the next 5 years rates liability. If you do not exercise your right to investigate the 2010 Rateable Value your next opportunity may not be until 2015.
