Marjory is ziplining for Macmillan!
Fife Chamber's Financial Administrator Marjory Fowler has signed up to take part in Macmillan Fife Zipline Challenge 2009. Marjory, who is terrified of heights(!), will be crane lifted 150 feet into the air at Ravenscraig Park on Sunday 23rd August 2009 and then zipline down gathering speed of up to 50 mph!
The object of this terrifying event is to raise as much money for Macmillan Fife as possible and Marjory has already managed to secure £150 with her own fundraising efforts.
With one in three people likely to be affected by cancer at some stage in their lives, fundraising is vital to help make a difference to the lives of those living with cancer in Fife.
