Tree of Knowledge Celebrate Success
Fife Chamber member company Tree of Knowledge is poised to celebrate the first anniversary of its six-figure management buy-out by launching a new product and setting up a second office.
The firm, which uses the power of laughter to boost self-confidence and develop enterprise skills, works with businesses and schools throughout the UK.
It recently clinched a contract with Scottish Borders Council to deliver fun motivational workshops to all nine high schools in the authority's area ¬ a deal which took to more than 20, the number of brand new schools on the company's order book since January 2010. It also took to over 250,000 the number of pupils the firm has motivated.
Tree of Knowledge's trademark product is the Apodo, which is currently in around half of all schools in Scotland. It and its little sister, the Peapodo, designed for early-years pupils, is full of interactive enterprising activities for young people.
Now, the company - which recently appointed a business development executive, Tim Harrison - is preparing to launch an Apodo designed specifically for the corporate market, into which it is expanding.
Tree of Knowledge, which is based in Dunfermline, is about to open an office in the North West of England.
