This workshop will be delivered by John Latham, a senior HR Consultant at Qdos who has 35 years of working in HR. This has included managerial posts and as a college lecturer for HR, CIPD and other managerial courses. Additionally he has handled over 1000 Employment Tribunal cases for claimants and respondents alike including the representation requirement at hearings, and also Employment Appeal Tribunal advocacy work.
This workshop is free to members and will take place from 9am - 11.15am on Wednesday 22nd September at the Dean Park Hotel, Kirkcaldy.
