  This includes physical exports\, electronic transfers (via email\, file s
 haring\, virtual meetings\, etc.)\, and transfers by any other means (verb
 al communication). \nFailing to meet the requirements of an export contro
 l can result in Customs Seizures\, logistical problems and contractual pen
 alties. There are minimal grounds for defense if goods or technology get i
 nto the wrong hands. Directors\, individuals and employees are subject to 
 prosecution and the potential of a custodial sentence.\nThe workshop exami
 nes the current export control legislation and gives valuable guidance for
  compliance with the latest legislation for both Military and Dual-Use ite
