Event Covid Safety Protocols

All Chamber staff are LFD testing twice weekly.

Although the legal requirement for physical distancing has ceased, we will cap the attendance 30% below the venue capacity and reduce table sizes from 10 to 8 to ensure all guests are comfortable.

All delegates will be given a coloured wrist band that indicates their preference for or wish to avoid close personal contact: please respect their wishes.

If current Scottish Governmment guidance remains in force you will not be required to wear a face covering when you are seated at your table or eating or drinking in the venue.  You must wear your face covering when moving about the room.

You must provide us with your name, company name and contact telephone number prior to the event (and the same details for your guests). We will hold this information securely for 21 days, during which time we will pass it onto NHS Test & Protect if they request it.

(These may be amended if different Scottish Government regulations are in force at the time of the event.)
