Donna Reynolds

Donna Reynolds, Partner, Employment Law

Donna has specialised in employment law for 15 years and regularly appears in the employment tribunals for both employers and employees. Donna gives advice in relation to a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment issues with a particular focus on discrimination and a keen interest in disability, pregnancy and maternity, and sex discrimination and discrimination in partnerships. Donna participates regularly in employment law seminars and training events on all aspects of employment law for clients and HR professionals and is regularly published in the Scotsman and other publications.

Alan became Chief Executive of Fife Chamber of Commerce in June 2016. He was appointed with a remit to grow its membership, having previously developed and executed successful membership engagement and growth strategies at other leading Scottish and UK business membership organisations. He is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde.

Her key duties at Semefab are, business process re-engineering – focusing on procurement and purchase order processing, contract review & negotiation, Set up new ordering policy.

Richard Gardiner, Partner and Head of Corporate Recovery and Debt Solutions

Richard joined Thomson Cooper after graduating in 1998 and was admitted to Partnership in 2007. He is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and is Head of the Corporate Recovery and Debt Solutions Department. Richard has considerable experience in personal debt solutions, corporate recovery and corporate insolvency, and delivers presentations on debt related legislation and issues. 

David Frenz

David Frenz began his career in 2007 with Stagecoach South as a graduate trainee.  Upon completing his training, David was appointed as an Operations Manager in Manchester and remained in post for 5 years. In 2014 David moved to Scottish Citylink, which is operated as a joint venture between Stagecoach and ComfortDelGro, as Operations Director.  David was part of the Stagecoach team which helped to deliver transport solutions in London during the Olympics in 2012

Megan Waugh, Production Improvement Leader


After graduating in 2018 with a Business Management degree Megan started her career at Diageo Leven as a Brand Data Administrator supporting various brand changes and redesign projects.  From this role, moving to current role as Performance Improvement Lead where she supports the production lines drive performance.In her spare time, Megan enjoys travelling the world (when Covid allows) and all kinds of water sports.

Liz is also a retired member of the Board within the Fife Chamber of Commerce.

Kettle Produce is a market leader for the provision of fresh and prepared vegetables.

Eddie McGinley, Director of Product Management

With many years of experience in the Network Infrastructure industry, Eddie is responsible for Leviton’s European copper and fibre product portfolio. Eddie also overseen the operational set up and launch of the Data Centre Factory, Leviton’s UK based make-to-order facility.

Ross joined EQ as a Partner in May 2016. As a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Chartered Institute of Tax (CTA), he is a specialist in advising directors, shareholders, business owners and their families on their accounting and tax issues, across a wide range of industry sectors.

His expertise covers a wide number of areas, including, business restructuring, tax efficient remuneration, acquisitions and disposals, employee share incentives, business valuation and entrepreneurial tax advice.

Outside of work, Ross is a keen golfer and enjoys spending time with his young family. In addition, he is Treasurer of Dunfermline Round Table and the Dunfermline Charity Beer Festival.

Blair is a Solicitor in our Employment Law team and assists with handling matters of both contentious and non-contentious nature. This includes bringing and resisting claims in the employment tribunal, including for unfair dismissal. Blair also assists with drafting employment contracts and other policies and he also advises on settlement agreements.

Alison is the HR Business Partner, supporting the Terminals, Solutions and Services, and Merchant Services Business Lines at Ingenico, a Worldline Brand.  Alison has been part of the UK HR Team with Ingenico for the last 2 ½ years but has worked in HR for more than 20 years, with multiple industry experience in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and the Legal sector. Alison is keen to develop others and has a track record of supporting employees in their career journeys.

Gary Beckingham is the Safety Advisor at the ExxonMobil Fife Ethylene Plant at Mossmorran, Fife. Gary has been employed in this role for two years where he is responsible for advising and supporting the line function on personal safety matters and also advising on the Loss Prevention System ExxonMobil use to help prevent ‘all’ losses, including environmental, health, process and personal safety.

Gary returned to pipefitting on following a ten year career with Her Majesty’s Royal Marines, serving globally with commando forces, becoming a safety professional after completing his first NEBOSH course .

The journey with NEBOSH has led to Gary becoming a Graduate member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) which he hopes to become a chartered member of in the not-too-distant future.

Unfortunately, Gary has been a lifelong supporter of Newcastle United for nearly 50 years proving life cannot always be perfect!

Drew is the Managing Director of Dunfermline based company MP Fife Ltd, who carry out small- and large-scale Electrical Projects in the Local Authority and Social Housing Market.

He has over 20 years’ experience in this sector with current and previous clients being North Lanarkshire Council, The Glasgow Housing Association and Fife Council.

Drew is a graduate of the Glasgow College of Building and Printing.

He leads a team supporting the workforce development of employers by matching their skills gaps with college training and, where necessary, ensuring bespoke learning programmes are developed and delivered to the specific requirements of the workplace.

With 16 years’ experience of supporting skills development of organisations he has extensive understanding of the both the needs of business and matching these to suitable training solutions. Beginning in 2006 at Forth Valley College Miles would, in a number of Business Development positions, support the training needs of organisations across Scotland from multinational corporations to sole traders. During this period Miles held posts managing the college’s Modern Apprentice contract, commercial training department and Flexible Workforce Development Fund allocation.


Janet McIntyre, Partner, Commercial Property, Licensing

Since joining the firm in 2001, Janet has become a key member of the Commercial Property team and has experience in all areas of commercial property transactions.

Janet works with a range of clients dealing with investment sales and purchases, business acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending and corporate support. Janet also acts for clients in the licensed trade and hospitality sector.

She also sits on the panel of the Prince’s Scottish Youth Business Trust.
