Alan became Chief Executive of Fife Chamber of Commerce in June 2016. He was appointed with a remit to grow its membership, having previously developed and executed successful membership engagement and growth strategies at other leading Scottish and UK business membership organisations. He is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde.

Managing Director, Horisk Leslie Development

Brian is the managing director of Horisk Leslie Development, a software development company which works with businesses of all sizes in the public, private and third sectors. He has over 25 years experience in business, initially in technical roles but more recently focussing on business development.

Andrew W. Croxford

Partner, Thomson Cooper

Andrew joined Thomson Cooper after working for ‘Big 4’ firm PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager and was admitted to Partnership in 1990.  He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Registered Auditor with considerable experience in a range of industries.  He is a trustee of several charities and is Chair of the Audit Committee of Scotland’s largest independent charity. He works with many membership organisations and is an expert in Corporate Finance.

Yvonne Izatt

Training Advisor, ExxonMobil

Yvonne is a training advisor for ExxonMobil at Fife Ethylene Plant. Her role is a varied one; she is responsible for developing and reviewing long term strategy for trainee recruitment, and implementing trainee recruitment, including target population, required qualifications, aptitude testing and she manages, facilitates and mediates during final decision making process to ensure consistent, fair decision making.

 

Euan Stillie

Director of IT & Service Delivery, Ingenico

After over twenty years of technical leadership roles in a variety of start-up companies in the publishing, mobile, gaming and data analytics industries, Euan joined Ingenico Group in 2016. He is responsible for Ingenico's R&D, platform operations and technical support functions, providing the software and support services which underpin Ingenico's market-leading payment service offerings across Northern Europe.

Ross Oliphant FCCA CTA, Partner, EQ Accountants

Ross joined EQ as a partner in May 2016 from another firm of accountants. A member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Chartered Institute of Tax (CTA), he is a specialist in advising directors, shareholders, business owners and their families on their accounting and tax issues, across a wide range of industry sectors. His accounting and tax expertise covers a wide number of areas, including, business restructuring, tax efficient remuneration, acquisitions and disposals, employee share incentives, business valuation and entrepreneurial tax advice.

Site Lead and Business Support Manager, BAE Systems Maritime Services

Dave has 40 years’ experience working predominantly in the UK & US defence and aerospace electronics markets, originally starting at Hillend in 1976 with the Marconi company before it formed a joint European venture with Alenia in the 1990s and eventually becoming BAE Systems.Reporting into the Head of Manufacturing & Operations UK, Dave has been Site Lead at Hillend for the last 5 years. He is currently responsible for all Business Development activities as well as supporting business delivery which includes the manufacture and support of electronic services for military land, air, sea and high integrity environments.

Director of Supply Chain and Spanish Operations, Kettle Produce

Trevor graduated from Aberdeen University in 1990 with a degree in agriculture. After working in farms in the UK and abroad, undertook an intensive 2-year training course in horticulture and fresh produce with Management Development Services. Joined Kettle Produce Ltd. in 1995 as National Accounts Manager. In 2002 moved to Spain and worked with Spanish partners to set up Kettle Produce Espana and now has board responsibility for the business in Spain and Supply Chain in Scotland.

Driving growth and facilitating the implementation of the firm’s development strategy is a key role as Managing Partner, but David has also established a reputation as a respected advisor in the Professional Practice and the Healthcare sectors, amongst others. David helps clients develop their businesses through Business Improvement Services, specifically strategic planning, sustainable competitive advantage, family business issues, leadership development, personal development, and lean management. David also specialises in Corporate Finance, specifically investor readiness, business planning, financial modelling, fundraising, assistance with grant claims, company valuation, buying and selling businesses.

Allan James

Managing Director, Semefab

Allan is founder and Managing Director of Semefab Ltd.  A.B.Sc (Hons) Physics graduate from Southampton University in 1973, Allan started his career in DRAM development and manufacture at Mullard Southampton and ITT Sidcup, moving into Silicon on Sapphire technology development at GEC Hurst Research Centre in Wembley and MEDL in Lincoln until 1982.  He then turned to Wafer fab management at General Instruments in Glenrothes until 1986 at which point he established Semefab.

David Frenz, Operations Director, Stagecoach East Scotland

David Frenz began his career in 2007 with Stagecoach South as a graduate trainee.  Upon completing his training, David was appointed as an Operations Manager in Manchester and remained in post for 5 years.  In 2014 David moved to Scottish Citylink, which is operated as a joint venture between Stagecoach and ComfortDelGro, as Operations Director.  

Having been part of the Stagecoach team which helped to deliver transport solutions in London during the Olympics in 2012, David worked with a number of East Scotland staff whilst on secondment and his connections through Citylink before joining the team as Operations Director in 2016.  Stagecoach East Scotland provides local bus services across Fife, Perth, Strathtay and into Edinburgh and Glasgow and also provides executive private hire throughout the UK and Europe as Rennies Coaches Ltd. It has over 1300 employees and a fleet of around 520 buses and coaches
