Grant Stott to Host 2017 Fife Business Awards

Scottish broadcaster and radio presenter Grant Stott has been announced as the host of the 2017 Fife Business Awards - with the closing date for award category applications fast approaching.

Aspiring businesses have until Friday 4th November to register their entries.

Organised by Fife Chamber of Commerce, the Fife Business Awards celebrate the wealth and diversity of successful business across the region, with applications judged across 11 award categories – each designed to be inclusive and to recognise the outstanding efforts of the business community in Fife.

Fife Chamber President Peter Southcott said:

“The Fife Business Awards provide a fantastic opportunity to showcase the strength of the Fife business community and businesses can reap great benefits from being recognised through award success. I urge any businesses who have yet to submit their applications to do so as soon as possible.”

“The Awards continue to grow year on year, with over 300 Fife business leaders and guests attending 2016’s award ceremony, and this year the presentations will be boosted by Grant’s participation.

“We are very pleased to have Grant on board and with his vast experience on stage, as a television presenter and radio DJ, Grant is more than qualified to lead an entertaining night of celebrations and success – it will be a great night for all involved.”

Fife Chamber works to contribute positively to the Fife economy by representing its members’ interests, engaging with businesses of all types, identifying and debating issues affecting the Fife economy and lobbying locally and nationally to help resolve business concerns.

The Fife Business Awards are open to businesses small and large from all sectors, providing that they operate in Fife. The broad range of award categories includes:

The award categories are open for applications has been extended to 12noon Friday 4th November, and the winners will be announced at the 2017 awards ceremony next March.
