Fife Chamber has introduced Fife Learn to help our members to share their experience and knowledge with each other. The current topic is Change Management, something that every organisation needs to understand because every organisation will have to adapt at some time or another, whether to new technology, financial pressures, changing markets or customer demands.
It would be much easier for an organisation to manage change successfully if they knew more of the potential obstacles and pitfalls and how to overcome them before they actually started planning and executing it. They would achieve the results they want faster and cheaper if other organisations who had already gone through change had told them, in practical and easy-to-understand terms, what they did, what worked for them and what didn’t work for them. Potentially priceless lessons.
If you have knowledge and experience and ideas about successfully managing change that you have gained from changes you have introduced in your own organisation or in previous companies or from advising other organisations what to do, we would like you to be part of Fife Learn and share that knowledge with your fellow members.
There are lots of ways that you can do it and we’ll give you the platform. Delivering a short workshop to a small group of people, being part of a 30-minute “Flash Learning” roundtable, writing a short case study or being part of a Chamber - managed Online Forum are just a few examples.
Whatever you can share with us, we can get it to other members to learn from it.
