Fife Chamber develops Fife Learn Programme with members

Our Fife Learn Programme was set up to deal with issues that businesses are addressing on a daily basis. We wanted to allow members to share their own experiences and knowledge with each other to encourage new business strategies, and we wanted them to help us design the events that would maximise learning.

We have already covered Innovation, Managing Change and Customer Service. Amazon, GSK, Shuh and Journeycall are just a few examples of those who have given their insight to members.

Our latest Programme - Developing Talent – is a vast topic and we are putting aside significant time to cover it. It is too big to cover in a single event so we need to create manageable sub-themes on which we can run workshops, lunches and masterclasses. With this in mind, we asked members to assist with the planning to ensure we get it right.

Many members volunteered, and thanks to Eclipse (IP) Ltd, NHS Fife, Henderson Loggie, Fife College, Bernie Hewitt, Actioncoach Scotland, HR Dept Dundee & West Fife, Fife Gingerbread, Cyrenians and FLEXcon, RWE Generation, Lodestone Lounge and The HR Booth an exciting programme of interactive Workshops is already starting to take shape.
