VeriCall are delighted to have been recognised by CV Magazine as 'Leaders in Customer Centre Solutions' by CV Magazine in the Corporate Excellence Awards for 2020. This comes after an exceptional 2019 that saw us complete our move to a new operational centre in Kirkcaldy, Fife with the support of a £1million RSA grant award from Scottish Enterprise.
The recognition that our unique approach to UK based outsourcing is further confirmation that our Centre (Engagement Hub) is delivering extremely high standards of services as the UK Contact Centre industry is rapidly changing and customer preferences shift to new messaging platforms.
