EKOSGEN are holding an online workshop on 19th April on behalf of Skills Development Scotland.

We want to hear from employers about the skills they need in their workforce to harness the benefits of technology, and the challenges they are facing in finding or developing these skills.

It is not just about technology professionals, it's about the digital skills that are now required in most jobs and across all sectors and that reflect changes in the workplace.

The findings will be used to inform future planning and resourcing to ensure that employers can access the skills they need. That is why it is so important for employers to come along and tell us what they need.
