For Growth-Stage Business Leaders: Amazon Innovation Accelerator

Applications are now open for the Amazon Innovation Accelerator, a hands-on programme designed for established medium-sized business leaders ready to strengthen their innovation capability. This programme is delivered in partnership with Be the Business.

Using Amazon’s proven Working Backwards framework, leaders apply structured innovation tools directly to a live business priority, improving customer focus and the decision making.

Participants also visit an Amazon fulfilment centre to see cutting edge robotics and automation systems in action and understand how innovation operates at scale.

Participants will have the opportunity to apply for a share of the £100,000 Innovation Grant and a visit an Amazon Fulfilment Centre to see how they are delivering innovation in action.

How it works

• 1 day at an Amazon Fulfilment Centre – behind-the-scenes tour and hands-on workshops on the Working Backwards framework
• 6-week innovation sprint (3x online cohort check-ins) to apply what participants learned to a live business environment
• Opportunity to apply for a share of the £100,000 Innovation Grant
