Fife Chamber are working in partnership with Amazon to deliver two onsite workshops and one virtual master class to help small business leaders innovative and grow their businesses.

Businesses participating in this 2-and-a-half-day training programme will benefit from the following:

Who’s eligible?
- Businesses with a turnover between £1M and £10M
- Businesses with at least 25 staff
Businesses participating in this 2-and-a-half-day training programme will benefit from the following:
- Practical training workshops addressing topics including leadership and management, continuous improvement and adopting a growth mindset
- Best practice from Amazon’s approach in adopting new technologies, making high velocity decisions and create a culture of innovation
- Virtual masterclass with guest speakers on topics including data, digitalisation and sustainability and social value
- An opportunity to network with other local businesses
- A walk through of Amazon’s fulfilment centre
To secure a spot in this exclusive programme, please reply to this email [email protected] to confirm interest and your business needs to nominate one senior representative from your organisation to complete the following activities:
- Attend two In-person all-day workshops scheduled for Friday 30th August and Monday 23rd September.
- Participate in a virtual masterclass on 19th September from 10am – 12:30pm via this link.
- Completion of two e-surveys and be open to selection for one-to-one interview (virtually or at your premises). This will help us to better understand your organisations’ goals, challenges and evaluate your progress/benefits that you receive from the programme. The anonymised findings will be used to develop a report to further our understanding and ability to support small and medium enterprises in the Fife region. In some instances, case studies will be developed (with your permission) that illustrate your journey through the Amazon Innovation Accelerator.
