MCR Pathways is inviting businesses across Fife to take part in the Dundee (16th Aug) or Edinburgh (13th Sept) Kiltwalk in 2026.

This is an opportunity to bring colleagues together, strengthen team spirit, support employee wellbeing, and make a lasting difference to young people in your local community. Whether you're a small business, a growing organisation, or a major employer, every team that takes part helps ensure more young people have someone in their corner when they need it most.

We believe no young person should have to navigate life's challenges alone. Our award-winning mentoring programme connects young people with trained volunteer trusted adult mentors who provide encouragement, guidance and belief in their potential. Together, they build confidence, raise aspirations and open doors to future opportunities.

Every pound raised through the Kiltwalk will support MCR Pathways to recruit, train and support volunteer mentors, helping us to transform the lives of more young people across Fife.
