Campion Homes shortlisted in Homes for Scotland Awards

Campion Homes have been shortlisted in the Homes for Scotland Awards 2020/21 for their development on behalf of The Gannochy Trust.

Nominated in the Development of the Year - Medium category, this development saw the extension of the current Gannochy Estate with 48 new homes.

Based on the inspiration of founder A K Bell, Campion Homes constructed each property in line with the Trust’s vision to provide affordable homes that improve health, accessibility and connectedness for tenants.

In keeping with the ethos of A K Bell, The Gannochy Trust laid out a vision of a 21st century model estate within a ‘Lifetime Neighbourhood’ that will meet the needs of all members of its community, both now and in the future.

The development is underpinned by three core design principles:

• Healthy Homes for Life
• High Quality Design
