Celebrating Developing Young Workforce in Fife

The establishment and introduction of the Developing Young Workforce in Fife has created new opportunities to develop the way schools, the College and employability providers engage with businesses.

This event will involve a workshop session to explore the ideas of businesses and how they can engage with schools/college to influence the curriculum. By doing this more effectively, DYW activity will ensure that young people are better equipped with the skills that businesses in Fife need. The celebration of DYW activity in Fife will include:

• Breakfast and business networking
• An introduction to DYW in Fife – Presentation
• Showcase of short video highlighting DYW activity and current business involvement/success stories
• Workshop activity allowing businesses to ask questions and discuss potential engagement opportunities with the DYW Board members and Team
• Additional networking opportunities and engagement with representatives from Fife’s Schools
