Consultation on Proposed Transient Visitor Levy

Following the announcement by the Scottish Government that it will allow local authorities to introduce a Transient Visitor Levy, or as it is otherwise known the ‘Tourism Tax’, having originally said that it was not minded to do so, we are doing a quick ‘straw poll’ of Chamber members in the hospitality sector to gauge their reaction.
