Fife College - How to Win Tenders using Waste Management - Free Breakfast Workshop

- Do you wonder what to write when tenders ask for ‘added value’ or ‘sustainability’?
- Do you think that to get high marks you need to give clients things for free or invest in complex environmental procedures?

Speaker Information
We are delighted to have secured Anne Farr (Managing Director, Rothera Group) as a speaker for the event as her pragmatic approach to tendering has helped Scottish companies win many millions of pounds of work. At this workshop she will share industry best practice with you and give you an insight into tender evaluators’ requirements. She will describe how to use waste management to gain competitive advantage in your tenders and will also give you her top tips for winning construction tenders, frameworks and subcontract packages.
Presenting alongside Anne will be Dr Richard Irvine, who will introduce participants to the Zero Waste Scotland – Resource Efficient Scotland Programme, a free advice, guidance and financial support service for Construction Industry SME’s in Scotland.
Richard will highlight the cost and business development benefits that can be achieved through engaging with the Programme. For interested parties, there will be the opportunity to sign up for free support and consultancy from a Programme advisor to help you apply resource efficiency principles within your organisation.
