Flexible Workforce Development Fund open for 2021 – 2022 at Fife College

The Flexible Workforce Development Fund enables all businesses in Fife to apply for funding for employee training.

The fund aims to help address organisational skills gaps, improve workplace productivity levels, adapt to the impact of Covid-19 and to support the move to Net Zero.

Apprentice Levy Payers can apply direct to Fife College for up to £15,000 training, whilst SMEs can apply for up to £5,000.

Applications for the Fund in 2021/22 must be submitted by 31 July 2022, however the funding is allocated on a first come first serve basis. The training must start by 31 August 2022 and be completed by 31 December 2022.
