Gannochy Trust development launch
Campion Homes Joint Managing Directors Susan Jackson and Dougie Herd recently attended the official development launch at the Gannochy Estate extension.
The Gannochy Trust welcomed Deputy First Minister of Scotland John Swinney to the development, who planted a Rowan tree to celebrate the completion of 48 new homes.
With a design brief based on the inspiration of founder A K Bell, Campion Homes constructed each property in line with the Trust’s vision to provide affordable homes that improve health, accessibility and connectedness for tenants.
In keeping with the ethos of A K Bell, the Gannochy Trust laid out a vision of a 21st century model estate within a ‘Lifetime Neighbourhood’ that will meet the needs of all members of its community, both now and in the future.
Campion Homes were delighted to collaborate with the Trust in the creation of this stunning development and would like to thank all our team involved for producing these beautiful new homes.
