Tim Thomson and Andrew Hubbocks from the Vine Conference Centre in Dunfermline took part in a training day at Edinburgh Zoo yesterday (20th June 2018) with Resource Efficient Scotland.
Vine Manager - Tim Thomson says "the event was one of the best training days I have been on and I learned so much about how even small changes can make a big difference to our environment. Andrew and I came back with pages of notes about how we can become more 'green' and do our bit in helping protect our environment."
"Already we have now changed over to compostable disposable coffee cups, begun to convert the venue into LED lighting and got to work on a green action plan."
