MacRoberts adds to Employment team with Senior Associate appointment

Leading Scottish commercial law firm MacRoberts has strengthened its Employment team with the appointment of Senior Associate Kenny Scott, who joins from Shoosmiths. He will be based in Edinburgh.

Kenny is an experienced employment lawyer who advises both commercial clients and individuals on the full range of employment issues, including tribunal claims, advising on discrimination, furlough, whistleblowing, working time, employee exits, employment contracts, TUPE and disciplinary/grievance issues. He is ranked in the leading independent legal directories as an “Associate to Watch”.
