Quaker recruits for 30 roles at Cupar site
Temporary and permanent jobs sought to meet demand for porridge products
Quaker is looking to fill more than 30 new roles in the Cupar area – both temporary and permanent.
The factory is home to Quaker Oats, with demand for these products continuing to grow over the past year.
The company is therefore looking to hire in a number of roles within food manufacturing, providing full training on the job and with no experience required.
Quaker explained that 15 jobs are permanent and 15 are temporary, all with an immediate start.
They include production operatives, process staff, a shift operations manager, shift technicians and a logistics operator.
A Quaker Oats spokesperson said: “Our Cupar site helps provide people up and down the country with a hearty breakfast to start their day – all made possible by the 250 or so people who work in our manufacturing facility.
“Demand for products like Quaker Oats and Scott’s Porridge has been on the rise, which means we’re looking for more people to help us make these iconic products.
“We’ll provide all the training; we’re just looking for enthusiastic workers with a passion for food.”
