Qualification Success at The HR Booth

Calum Anderson, HR Advisor at The HR Booth has successfully gained the Certificate in HR Management from the CIPD. Calum has been working towards achieving his Level 5 certificate over the last year while supporting our clients with all things HR at the same time.

Throughout the course, Calum was able to dive into a wide range of topics such as employee engagement, management, and leadership. Calum attended Fife College weekly, and then when lockdown commenced the course moved online. Calum not only had to contend with juggling work and his course, but also the early arrival of Baby Luke!

‘I started my CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management in September 2019. The facilities that Fife College provided were excellent and although faced with some challenges with Covid-19, they overcame professionally and provided support to achieve minimal disruptions through distance learning. I would highly recommend anyone looking to develop their career to look at the prospectus. Areas of study included:

Calum had a head start of course as he already supports our clients with their HR needs. He started The HR Booth as an Account Manager, bringing a wealth of experience within recruitment, business development, and operational management. This has since progressed to Calum also taking on the role as our HR Advisor and has made a fantastic impression on our clients:
