The Annual Fife Chamber Golf Day

The popular annual Golf Day is a highlight of the Chamber calendar, with teams of four competing for the much sought after DM Hall Cup and individual prizes.
Hosted by one of Fife’s premier parkland courses - surrounded with rolling woodlands of Pitfirrane Castle at Dunfermline Golf Club.
Itinerary
07:45 - 08:30 Arrival, breakfast rolls and hot drinks in the Clubhouse.
08:30 - 08:45 – Chamber Chief Executive welcome and player briefing from Club Professional.
08:45 - 09:00 – Walk to starting holes.
09:00 – Shotgun start.
13:00 – Hot buffet lunch in the Clubhouse.
13:45 – Prize Giving.
14:00 – Thanks & close.
4 Person Texas Scramble
All players tee off. Men from the yellow markers and ladies from the red. Each player will then pick up their ball and play from a mutually decided position. Balls must be retrieved from the rough and dropped on the fairway. The team will continue to do this for each shot until each player has holed out. Each team will contribute one score for each hole.
Each player must contribute at least three tee shots over the 18 holes. Incomplete teams can have 1 player to 2 shots each time and the player must then be rotated after each hole.
Prizes
There will be 3 prizes given to the top 3 scoring teams and the DM Hall Cup will be given to the top scoring team. To add more competition, there’s also nearest the line, charity hole in one (prize £5,000!), and new this year – Beat the Pro.
1st Team Prize - 4 Ball at Old Course Hotel, Dukes Course and 4 bottles of L'Art du Vin wine
2nd Team Prize – 4 Ball at Fife Golf Trust and 4 bottles of L'Art du Vin wine
3rd Team Prize – 4 Ball at Dunfermline Golf Club and 4 bottles of L'Art du Vin wine
Nearest the Line – Two tickets for Kingsbarns 19 Hole Distillery tour and a bottle of Rum from Dundee Gin
