At Ask the Expert, Donna Reynolds & Blair Duncan will answer all your employment law and HR questions. No topic is ever off limits, and we’ll respect any request for anonymity.

At our last Ask the Expert session, Donna and Blair had to talk fast to get through all the questions put to them including:

• Should we/do we have to backdate a pay rise?
• If an employee doesn’t want to raise a formal grievance, should we/do we have to do anything?
