DPS Group secures major national award

DPS Group is celebrating a stunning win at one of the UK’s most prestigious engineering awards

The Fife-based electrical, instrumentation and control company that specialises in advanced digital solutions for some of the world’s best known brands was named SME of the Year at the ECI Training & Development Awards 2021 in London.

News of the award comes after DPS Group celebrated 20 years in business, earlier this year.

DPS Group has a long track record of providing meaningful training and development opportunities for colleagues. This includes a vibrant apprenticeship programme as well as a commitment to invest in every colleague to enable them to grow within the business. Securing this recognition reflects this commitment.

The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) is the employer-led skills, standards and qualifications body for the development of the engineering construction workforce of Great Britain. An arms-length body of the UK Government, the ECITB reports to the Department for Education.

Managing director Colin Burnett, who received the award on behalf of DPS Group said:
