The Ecology Centre - Summer Festival 20th Anniversary Celebrations

This weekend sees Fife Chamber member The Ecology Centre in Kinghorn celebrate in style with its Annual Summer Festival!

The Ecology Centre is an inclusive, community-led charity that inspires positive change through bringing people together and the natural environment for the benefit of both. It’s a simple premise, but one that’s been changing and influencing lives for 20 years!

Today the Community owned site is a haven for wildlife, plants and those that love them. Welcoming over 5,000 visitors annually through our Education programme, the Centre provides volunteering and training opportunities on our site, garden and Tool Shed and educational opportunities across a range of areas - all stimulating and all worthwhile.

Jenny Robertson, Marketing Manager said “this Summer Festival is even more special as we’re celebrating our 20th anniversary. We’re very excited about the event and we’re looking forward to welcoming people of all ages and from all our local communities. It’s set to be a great event, with lots of fun activities planned and live music all afternoon.”

The festival is on Saturday 8th September from 12 - 4pm. Admission is free, with a small charge for car parking.
