In July 2013, the Prime Minister launched ‘Disability Confident’, which encourages employers to recruit and retain disabled people who are eager to work and have the skills, talents and abilities that employers are looking for.

This FREE event for employers in Fife will showcase a wide range of support available to help you with employing, recruiting and retaining staff who may have or develop a health issue or disability.

A marketplace of stalls will give you the opportunity to engage with a range of local support organisations that assist employers with information, resources, training and funding to support people with health issues and disabilities, helping you achieve a diverse workforce.
