Employers have a vital role to play in delivering Scotland’s Young Person’s Guarantee
15th December 2020
The Young Person’s Guarantee is the Scottish Government’s overarching programme to ensure everyone aged between 16 and 24 has the opportunity of work, education or training. Businesses will play a vital role in delivering these opportunities for all young people if they can support one or more of the ‘5 asks of employers’:
prepare young people for the world of work; help them achieve their potential; invest in a skilled workforce; create jobs and apprenticeships; provide an inclusive and fair workforce.
