Halloween Drive-in comes to Levenmouth
On Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st October 2021 hosted at New Bayview Stadium’s car park in Lower Methil Scarefest comes to Levenmouth. The event comes from Together Levenmouth – a Brag Enterprises run project supported by Fife Council and will show a variety of four films over 2 nights. The equipment will be provided by skyline cinema who are specialists in outdoor and drive-in cinema events. Each car will receive a wireless Bluetooth speaker to listen to their film of choice with a movie snack pack included in the price.
Tickets are priced at £30 (including booking fee) per film and each ticket admits one car with up to 5 people. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite (simply search Together Levenmouth events).
Films that will be shown include Hocus Pocus and The Witches for families with classic horror on the later showings for adults with Poltergeist and the original Halloween movie.
Scarefest is sponsored by local businesses and organisations; Fife Properties, Alex Little Funeral Director’s, Creed Competitions, The Windsor Hotel and The Leven Programme.
In addition to the film and movie snack pack all ticket holders from the weekend will be entered into a prize draw with items sourced from vendors at the Leven Artisan Market and local businesses. Movie goers will be entertained by Volunteers in Spooky costumes on the night and it is sure to be a fun filled treat for everyone.
Initially planned for 2020 the event unfortunately had to be cancelled with tier restrictions imposed on events due to the Coronavirus pandemic and the team are thrilled that the event is going ahead this year.
