Levenmouth Foodbank secure funding grant for new van
23rd January 2020
Levenmouth Foodbank are delighted to have secured a funding grant from Asda and Fife Council to allow them to purchase a new van.
Speaking about the new resource Stewart English (pictured) said "The van is welcomed and now enables us to collect our food donations daily from local collection points and supermarkets. Our previous vehicle had become unreliable which as you can image caused us issues.
We are so grateful to both organisation for this grant as we can now honour our commitment to our local community that continue to reply on our invaluable resources."
