Lochore Meadows is the venue for Scotland's first Hallowe'en Festival
Scotland's very first Hallowe'en Festival is taking place 29th to 31st October this year at Fife attraction Lochore Meadows Country Park. The brainchild of Frances Davidson and Nicole McCann of Fife business Solasta Events, the Festival is designed to appeal to both families and more hard-core thrill seekers.
There is an opportunity for a local charity to become involved and organise fund-raising around the Festival. Any charity interested in partnering with the Festival should contact [email protected].
Kingdom FM are a major sponsor of the Festival. However, there are still sponsorship opportunities available. Frances and Nicole are keen to partner with local businesses who want to get involved in the inaugural Festival, which is due to be run at Lochore Meadows over the next three years. Contact [email protected] for more information.
The Festival offers two distinct experiences, covering day-time and evening.
A day out for all the family, don’t worry it’s not too scary! Enjoy a walk through the mysterious woods, sit back and listen to a spooky story then why not pick a pumpkin to decorate and take home. No day out would be complete without some Halloween must-haves such as fancy dress, face painting and of course spooktacular food and a drive in movie.
The perfect night out for thrill seekers! Navigate your way through the horrific trail set within the eerie woods at Lochore Meadows. When the sun goes down the woods come alive. Let our talented face painters transform you into your favourite character to match your fancy dress outfit. Enjoy chilling rides, ghostly activities, horrifically good food and a drive in movie.
Local charities and businesses who would like to find out more should contact [email protected] to arrange a chat about the opportunities to become involved.
