OnFife invites customers to have their say in biggest ever survey
OnFife, the cultural charity which runs libraries, museums, theatres, local studies and archives services across Fife, has launched its biggest ever customer survey.
More than 47,000 customers have been contacted directly by email and visitors to venues are being invited to take part.
Jennifer Taylor, Customer Experience Co-ordinator, said: “Coming out of the pandemic, bringing people back to our services is a priority and our recovery work has included re-engaging with customers in different ways.
“This survey will give the first measure of the success of that so far and capturing satisfaction levels will give us a benchmark to compare year-on-year.
“The survey will also improve our understanding of how people experience our services. We’d love every encounter with OnFife to be a great one – and the survey will help us gather that positive feedback - but it’s important to know when this isn’t the case and why. A poor experience might not stop a loyal customer coming back to their favourite theatre or library but it would affect how satisfied they are with the service they receive.
“The survey will also allow us to build on our knowledge of what the people of Fife want from their libraries, museums, theatres and archives.”
To take part in the survey, which is open until 6 November and is offering participants the chance to win £50 in vouchers, go to www.onfife.com or speak to a member of staff in a library, museum or theatre.
