Pagan Osborne Makes Key Appointments
Leading legal, financial and property company Pagan Osborne has made three key appointments to strengthen the expertise it offers to its clients across Edinburgh, Fife and beyond.
Jennifer Broatch joins the company as a senior family law specialist. She has specialised in Family Law since 2005, advising in all areas of Family Law including divorce and separation, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements and child related matters including contact, residence and relocation cases.
Graham Sutherland will be part of Pagan Osborne’s well-established agriculture and estates team as a rural law specialist. With more than 25 years’ legal experience, he has worked across a number of areas including conveyancing, chamber work and litigation, but brings with him significant experience of a range of agricultural matters including leasing related to wind farm developments.
Associate Emma Horne will bring a wealth of tax and estate planning experience to the private client department. She also has expertise in issues relating to adults with incapacity and sits on The Law Society of Scotland’s Mental Health and Disability Sub-Committee.
A further six appointments have been made across the support and administrative functions of the business.
Pagan Osborne has offices in Edinburgh, St Andrews, Cupar and Anstruther with teams specialising in private client law, property sales, conveyancing, commercial and business services and agriculture and estates.
