Please welcome Morag to our team!

We are delighted to have Morag Durie joined the team last week as Export, Office & Event Administrator. Some members may recognise Morag from her years working at Keavil House Hotel.

Speaking about her new position Morag said: “I am delighted to join the professional team at Fife Chamber, they do a fantastic job for the members and I am looking forward to being part of the team. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful which has made it much easier to settle in.

I am enjoying learning new skills, the export documentation is a whole new learning curve and it is so important to be accurate.

I have a background in hospitality so bring that experience with me to Fife Chamber which hopefully will help with organising and delivering the member’s events.

I cannot express how grateful I am to be given the amazing opportunity to work for Fife Chamber of Commerce.”

Chamber President Brian Horisk said: “The appointment of Morag brings the team to seven, which is the largest it has been for many years. It is a recognition of the Chamber’s many successes over the last four years and a statement of our intent to give Fife an even bigger and better chamber of commerce in the years to come.”
