Scottish Chambers of Commerce, Skills Development Scotland, Career Ready and the Career Transition Partnership come together during Scottish Careers Week.

Scottish Careers Week runs from the 7-11^th November and will inform people about their career and education choices, highlight available opportunities, and offer businesses the chance to reach and engage local talent. Employers can seize the opportunity to showcase pathways into their sectors and take advantage of the untapped talent among young people and the wider labour market.

The Scottish Chambers of Commerce are marking this year’s Scottish Careers Week, which, by continuing to support its partnership with Skills Development Scotland with a free Shape the Future Webinar on 9^th November (1000 to 1100). Over the course of the Webinar, delegates will hear about the benefits of Career Ready’s programme to connect young people to the world of work and the advantages and support on offer from the Career Transition Partnership as when thinking ex-military assess their future recruitment strategy.

The event is for employers of all sizes and sectors who want to highlight their industry and improve their recruitment practices.
