The event takes place at a time of great uncertainty for employment prospects as businesses continue to be affected by covid restrictions and lack of clarity on our future trade relationship with the EU. Another potential obstacle is the ending of the Free Movement of People from the EU and the introduction of a points-based immigration system to replace it. Businesses can now apply for skilled worker visas ahead of the formal launch of the new system on 1st January.
