SHOUT Text Message Support Service
Fife’s Health Promotion Service is delighted to announce that we are partnering with Our Minds Matter and the Shout text messaging service to offer free, confidential mental health support to young people living in Fife who are experiencing distress. The service goes live on 1st December and can be accessed by simply texting the word ‘Fife’ to 85258. The service is completely free from all major UK mobile network and won’t show up on phone bills.
Shout’s volunteers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can help with issues such as:
● Anxiety
● Bullying
● Depression
● Loneliness or isolation
● Money worries
● Relationship problems
● Self-harm
● Stress
● Suicidal thoughts or feelings
