Upcoming DYW employer events

20th April 2023

DYW (Developing the Young Workforce) strives to make it easier for employers to connect with young people in schools and colleges across Fife.

They're aims are to:

  • Facilitate meaningful engagement between employers and education, building relationships with our partners and networks to positively impact and engage wider communities in Fife
  • Develop employability skills, support those furthest from positive career destinations or career pathways and ignite opportunities for all of Fife’s young people to flourish in the world of work
  • Engage with stakeholders to add value to the national employability programme through DYW Scotland and improve employability for Scotland’s young people
  • Support employers to generate a sustainable pipeline of talent and skills, get closer to the next generation of Fife talent and recruit apprenticeships and trainees – all whilst building relationships in their local community
