Behind The Scenes at Flexel International

Flexel International has been manufacturing innovative electric heating solutions from its headquarters in Glenrothes, Fife, since 1978.

The company specialises in electric radiant and underfloor heating technologies, with products used across homes, schools, offices, churches, commercial premises and industrial buildings throughout the UK and beyond.

This exclusive Fife Chamber Behind The Scenes event will give members an opportunity to visit Flexel’s Glenrothes facility, see the company’s product showroom and discover how electric heating products are manufactured here in Fife.

Following an introduction to Flexel and its heating technologies, guests will be taken behind the scenes for a guided factory tour, including an insight into the specialist manufacturing processes behind Flexel’s printed heating elements, underfloor heating products and other electric heating solutions.

The visit will conclude with lunch and an informal discussion, providing an opportunity to ask questions in relation to your own premises, meet the Flexel team and learn more about a long-established Fife manufacturer operating in an increasingly important energy and heating sector.
