With more than 30 years of experience building and scaling consumer businesses across the drinks, cycling and fitness sectors, Stephen has held senior leadership roles with global brands including Diageo, Red Bull, Constellation Brands and Brompton Bicycle. He will share his experiences of driving growth, leading transformational change and navigating business success in highly competitive markets.

Following the keynote, Stephen will be joined by an expert panel for a discussion exploring high performance, leadership, resilience and workplace wellbeing.
