Build Fife - Building a Stronger, Greener and Fairer Economy for Fife

Fife Council, in partnership with Hub East Central Scotland and Tier 1 contractors, have developed Build Fife, a programme to support local construction and associated businesses with aspirations for growth.

The 8 week programme of in-person workshops is open to construction, and associated businesses, located within Fife.

Build Fife runs weekly from 7th February 2024 to 27th March 2024 where you will learn from business experts, engage directly with Tier 1 Contractors and develop relationships with peers.

The programme has been designed to open opportunities for growth whilst providing ongoing development support and guidance.

Build Fife offers an exciting opportunity to build capability, relationships, engage face to face with Tier 1 Contractors and ultimately build your business.

What to expect:

• Support in improving capability to help secure higher value contracts with Tier 1 contractors
• Access to Tier 1 contractors as part of each session
• Learn from specialists in their field - includes strategy, goal setting, leadership, team-building and development, marketing and procurement
• The opportunity to meet like-minded people in the construction sector
