Christmas is coming...in July!

30th June 2026

Santa is swapping his sleigh for a summer holiday and will be making a special stop at the Adam Smith Theatre, Kirkcaldy, on Saturday 4 July.

It’s all part of the official countdown to this year’s pantomime at the theatre – Beauty and the Beast.

“We can’t guarantee snow but we can guarantee lots of great festive fun,” said Karen Taylor, OnFife Community Events & Programme Manager.

There will be the photo opportunities with Santa and a chance to win fantastic panto prizes when you spin a special Christmas Wheel.

This will be taking place between 12.30-1.30pm but you can start the fun earlier with Disney's Beauty and the Beast on the big screen at 11am. This is part of OnFife’s Kids for a Quid summer cinema offer, where all 11am Saturday screenings throughout July and August have children's tickets for just £1.

The pantomime Beauty and the Beast runs from 3- 30 December. Tickets can be booked at the box office or at www.onfife.com.
