Discover Your Next Steps: Fife College Brings University and Higher Education Fair to Dunfermline
Fife College will host a University and Higher Education Fair at the Carnegie Conference Centre in Dunfermline on Tuesday, 1 October. A must-attend for anyone considering their next steps in education, the event is open to those looking to pursue a university degree, a college course, or explore career opportunities. Taking place from 10 am to 6 pm, attendees will have the unique opportunity to connect with representatives from 17 Scottish universities, Fife College, and various organisations, all under one roof. The event will also offer the opportunity to get valuable advice on the university application process (UCAS). Attendees will be able to speak with experts from top institutions including the University of Edinburgh, the University of St Andrews, the University of Dundee, and many more. Skills Development Scotland, the Royal Navy, and other organisations will also be on hand to provide insights into vocational training and career development. Iain Hawker, Assistant Principal of Enterprise and Partnerships at Fife College, said: “We wanted to bring university representatives, careers advisors and college experts all under one roof to help people who are thinking about progressing into higher education or want to study for a degree. “It’s a fantastic opportunity to find all the advice you need in one place, without having to travel around the country to visit individual universities and colleges.” |
