Fife Chamber of Commerce Unveils Ambitious 2026–2028 Strategic Plan to Champion and Strengthen Fife’s Business Community
Fife Chamber of Commerce has today announced the launch of its Strategic Plan 2026–2028, outlining a bold direction designed to strengthen the local business community, elevate member support, and enhance the Chamber’s role as the trusted and independent champion of business in Fife.
The new strategy reflects engagement with members, including feedback gathered through surveys and an interactive consultation at the Fife Business EXPO. Insights from this work shaped a forward-looking plan built around a powerful vision: to be the most trusted, dynamic and independent champion of business in Fife.
At its heart, the strategy sets out how the Chamber will continue to connect, champion, and support businesses of all sizes by providing opportunities for connection, trade, lobbying, and visibility.
Five Core Values

2. Champion Business - amplifying the voice of Fife’s business community and influencing policy on the issues that matter most.
3. Business Community - delivering events, communications, and marketing that showcase and celebrate local businesses.
4. Strong Organisation - building a resilient Chamber through strong governance, financial sustainability, and investment in people and infrastructure.

Over the next two years, we are committed to strengthening our support, elevating the voice of local businesses, and creating even greater opportunities for growth and collaboration. This is a bold step forward - and one we are excited to take alongside the businesses we serve.”
