Fife Learn Change Management Workshops
We got a great response to our first request for members to share their experiences of Managing Change and we would like to thank everyone who got in touch.
If more members share their knowledge, then more members can benefit, so if you have knowledge, experience and ideas about successfully managing change that you have gained from changes you have introduced in your own organisation or in previous companies or from advising other organisations what to do, are you prepared to be part of Fife Learn and share that knowledge with your fellow members?
Do you have any insights into communicating change with staff or customers that you can share to make the process easier for another company? Are there any lessons on ‘what to do’ and ‘what not to do’ that you learned when managing change in your own organisation that you can pass on to other Chamber members to help them?
There are lots of ways that you can share your knowledge and we’ll give you the platform. Delivering a short workshop to a small group of people, being part of a “Flash Learning” roundtable, writing a short case study or being part of a Chamber managed Online Forum are just a few examples.
You don’t have to be an “expert” and you or your organisation don’t have to have been through a big change programme.
Whatever you can share with us, we can get it to other members to learn from it.
