FSLT - Appointment of an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board

Fife Sports and Leisure Trust (FSLT) is a Company limited by guarantee with charitable status and is looking to appoint a high calibre Director to its Board which consists of six Council-appointed Directors (Partners) and seven non-Council Directors (Independents).

As the leading provider of sport and leisure services in Fife, FSLT’s mission is to provide opportunities for customers to enjoy regular participation in sport and physical activity as part of a physically active lifestyle. The Company’s portfolio of services includes 14 sport and leisure facilities, a health and physical activity team and a membership and sales department. Over 800 people are employed by FSLT in various professional roles.

The Non-Executive Director has a collective responsibility for the overall governance and control of the Company’s affairs. The current vacancy provides an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to contribute to the successful future of FSLT and applications are particularly sought from those with backgrounds in marketing, income generation/sponsorship and commercial development.
