Graham + Sibbald Open Dunfermline Office
Graham + Sibbald Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants have announced the opening of their newest Scottish office in Dunfermline.
Recently, it was announced that Dunfermline is set to become Scotland's eighth city after being granted the status as part of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations. The town in Fife was chosen along with seven others across the UK and overseas territories.
The Graham + Sibbald office is located at Balcairn, Viewfield Terrace, Dunfermline, KY12 7HY and is within close proximity to Dunfermline Town train station which provides good transport links for clients and colleagues alike.
Duncan Fraser, Associate at Graham + Sibbald commented, “The new Graham + Sibbald Dunfermline office is a great starting point as we build our team and presence in the local area. With established offices already in Kirkcaldy and St Andrews, the fleet is ever growing and will help us to meet the demand of our growing client base and allow us to meet specific requirements.”
Duncan joined Graham + Sibbald in May 2022 and will lead Graham + Sibbald’s strategic development and growth across Dunfermline and the wider central belt of Scotland, as the business continues on an upward growth trajectory with further expansion plans.
Senior Partner, Les McAndrew said, “We have been experiencing an excellent period of growth across the business in order to meet client demand across the UK. Having been very active in the Fife market, it’s certainly been an exciting time for our teams and by opening our newest office in Dunfermline, we will be better placed to cover more of Fife within shorter timescales. This is our sixteenth Scottish office and we’re very proud of everything that has been accomplished to get to this stage. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds.”
